1. Service Description

The Statistics Bootcamp is an independent educational resource providing self-paced learning materials for statistics. The bootcamp is delivered as a Notion workspace containing:

  • 13 topic modules covering statistics concepts
  • 106 practice problems with step-by-step solutions
  • 24 challenge problems at exam difficulty
  • 61 learning goals for self-assessment
  • Reference materials including formula glossary and decision trees

2. Independent Offering

This is an independent educational offering. The Statistics Bootcamp is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, educational institution, or academic program.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While the Statistics Bootcamp provides comprehensive learning materials, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Exam results or academic performance
  • Specific learning outcomes
  • Alignment with any particular course or curriculum

Your success depends on your own effort, prior knowledge, and how you use the materials.

4. Payment Terms

  • Price: CHF 39 (one-time payment)
  • Access Duration: One semester (until the official exam date)
  • Payment Method: Secure payment via Stripe

5. Access Policy

  • Access Period: Your access is valid from purchase until the official exam date of the current semester.
  • Access Revocation: Access will be revoked shortly after the official exam date.
  • Extension Option: If you need to extend access to the next semester (e.g., exam postponement), you may renew at 50% of the regular price (CHF 19.50).
  • To request an extension, contact us before your access expires.

6. Access and Delivery

  • Access is delivered via email after successful payment
  • You will need a Notion account (free) to access the content
  • Access is granted to the email address provided during checkout
  • Access is personal and non-transferable

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Statistics Bootcamp is protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the content
  • Copy content for use outside of your personal study
  • Create derivative works based on the content

9. Limitation of Liability

The Statistics Bootcamp and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
